Ciara and her husband, Seattle Seahawks quarterback Russell Wilson, are the latest couple to appear on GQ's Modern Love covers. Of the three couples featured (Megan Rapinoe and Sue Bird, and Naomi Osaka and Cordae), these two are without question, the ones all about unapologetic black love—which we are so here for—just in time for Valentines Day.

The two have been blissfully married for nearly five years (or 5,000 years in celebrity years), and yet they still manage to be super hot for each other; super in love. Surely, that level of hotness and energy for a marriage should be attainable for lil ole bitties like us, right? Naw. Hell naw. Because as it turns out, it takes energy to be fully involved in a marriage at the same level as Russell and Ciara.

BIG husband energy.

And Russell has no problem putting that energy on display at all times.

The two sat down with GQ for their latest cover, and to ask each other 33 Questions on their popular series ,"The Couples Quiz". They refreshingly put each other to the test as they questioned the other on first cars, hidden talents, their first date, hobbies and more. But the gem was planted when Russell asked Ciara, "What is my biggest fear?"

"Not being prepared," Ciara quickly responds.

"Yeah, but I probably have one bigger than that." To which Ciara, says, "What is it, L-O-S-I-N-G..." (she begins spelling it out, alluding to an inside secret or code between the two). "Yes, losing you."

Whew, I cannnn't. Additionally, in the feature article, the two actually discuss more about their marriage, all highlighted below:

On loving each other despite their busy lives:

When the duo aren't together, they're FaceTiming or sticking to their Friday date night schedule. To keep in touch, the couple put an emphasis on communication, checking in with each other regularly. Russell says:

"'This week's going to be a challenging week, babe, because I've got this responsibility. What about you? What do you have?' And at the end of every week, we always go through a checklist of questions of, you know, 'How'd I love you this week?'"

The two also have a set rule that they can't spend more than five days apart.

On fans believing they have the 'perfect marriage':

Ciara says:

"It speaks for the power of love. I feel like, if I could look back in a crystal ball when I was a little girl and I looked at the idea of my family and what it would be for me, it's exactly this."

And Russell adds:

"It takes a lot of responsibility to do it. Winning is a habit, you know? And nothing happens by accident. We're just grateful that we get to spend time together every day. Every morning we wake up together it's a blessing . . . It's easy to love C — every day I get to love her and take care of her and our kids is the greatest gift I have. So I cherish that every day."

When discussing their blended family:

When Russell is on the road, he sets reminders on his phone to send inspirational videos to their daughter Sienna and son Future (from Ciara's previous relationship with rapper Future).

"Our family is a beautiful blended family but it's also, you know, our family . . . it's us. The reality of being a stepparent is that biologically they're not necessarily yours, but the reality is that you have to love them as if they are. They're your own blood in a way. You get to love them that way."

Lord...
