After much speculation, Naomi Campbell finally confirmed that she had both of her kids via surrogate. The supermodel, who had her daughter in 2021 and her son in 2023, opened up about motherhood in an interview with The Times. When asked about whether she used a surrogate, she said, "I did."

She even talked about her fears as a mother. “My babies are everything to me. It’s made me fear for the future,” she revealed. “I hope for a better world for my children. They are 110 percent my priority. I have to be there for them on their first day at school.”

While Naomi opted to become a mother later in life, she shared that she is aware of conversations by younger women who say they don't want kids or they are too expensive. Although she understands, she believes that way of thinking is temporary for some of them.

"I have said, 'You will change your mind. You will want to be a mum.' I understand economically it is tough. But my mum had nothing and she made it work. It’s worth it. It is so amazing," she told the British outlet. The 54-year-old calls herself a "single mum of a single mum" and is happy with her decision to become a single mother. However, she's a little hesitant about her kids, particularly her daughter, following in her footsteps to become a model. "I'm not sure I would let her start working at 15. It's a ruthless world," she said.

My Relationship With My Mother

Her daughter, however, graced the cover of British Vogue with mommy Naomi in March 2022. In the cover story, she gushed about her new role. "I can count on one hand the number of people who knew that I was having her," she said. "But she is the biggest blessing I could ever imagine. It's the best thing I've ever done."

Naomi continues to keep her children's identities hidden by covering their faces in photos, and their names still aren't public.
