If Marsai Martin hasn't appeared on your radar yet, she definitely will. As the star of the forthcoming film Little (in theaters everywhere April 12), the young actress' stock is rising and her star is shining brighter than ever before. While most 14-year-olds are trying to figure out their clique or what to wear to school the next day, Marsai is dazzling red carpets and making her mark in Hollywood history as the youngest person to ever act as executive producer to a major film. See? We're watching history in the making, ladies and gentlemen.

According to Hollywood Reporter, after signing a pact with Universal Studios for her Genius Production Company, she's also the youngest person in recent memory to get a first-look deal with any studio. When she's not gracing our big screens, she's acting in the highly acclaimed comedy Black-ish alongside industry greats Anthony Anderson and Tracee Ellis Ross. And she has the two NAACP Image Awards to prove it. Little sis is inspiring us at every turn and we are absolutely living for it. It might be a little early to claim Marsai as fashion inspiration, but she definitely has been snatching our edges lately.

Thanks to some show-stopping Jason Rembert-styled looks, Marsai has been serving us with look after look after look, solidifying her status as a style icon to watch. Let's take a walk down memory lane and recap some of our favorite looks the sophisticated starlet has rocked lately. Click through the gallery down below.

I remember when I went on my first official date with an ex of mine from back in the day.

Before I decided to do it, I knew that I was attracted to him and that we both had things like poetry, music, and pretty much all things Black culture in common (I also semi-vetted him beforehand because we had some friends in common) — beyond that, though, I didn’t know much. And so, after about 30 minutes into that date, he asked me a particular question, and at the time, I thought that it was beyond thoughtful: “Shellie, what do you look for in a man?”
