It looks like 2023 will be the year of the tours thanks to Beyoncé, Rihanna, and Janet Jackson. After releasing her highly-anticipated album Renaissance, Beyoncé may be giving the gworls what they’ve been asking for (aside from the visuals from her album), a tour. Page Six first reported that the “Alien Superstar” singer was planning on touring the world next summer and began booking stadiums. But the latest news sent the Beyhive into a frenzy.

Over the weekend, Queen Bey’s mom, Tina Knowles Lawson, held her WACO Wearable Art Gala with the theme Harlem Renaissance. The annual gala also has an auction where attendees can bid on exclusive and one-of-a-kind pieces such as art and this year everyone was in for a surprise when they saw that Beyoncé’s concert package was offered.

The package, which was valued at $20,000 included two first-class plane tickets to anywhere in the world, three nights at a Marriott hotel property, two concert tickets, and a guided tour by Mama Tina. The bidding reportedly reached $150,000 after a bidding war between Vivica A. Fox and two other ladies took place.

Rihanna had social media buzzing after it was reported that she would also be going on tour in 2023. The “Love on the Brain” singer will be headlining the 2023 Super Bowl halftime show and according to Hits Daily Double, she will launch her stadium tour following the sure-to-be epic performance. This couldn’t have come at a better time as fans are still waiting on music from the new mom.

Rih’s last album, Anti, was released in 2016 and the years following saw the pop star become a beauty mogul with Fenty Beauty. She also has a successful lingerie brand Savage X Fenty and she reportedly welcomed a son this year with her boyfriend A$AP Rocky.

It seems that fans can expect new music from the Grammy-winning artist sooner than later. Rihanna is rumored to have recorded two songs for the Black Panther: Wakanda Forever soundtrack. The sequel to Black Panther will hit theaters on November 11.

Not to be outdone, the legendary songstress and dancer Janet Jackson has also entered the conversation about touring internationally. The Sunstated, “Janet has been preparing for her music comeback for a while and is gearing up for a performance that packs a punch.”

“She is so grateful to her fans for sticking by her while she has had a few years out to start a family and wants to thank them with an amazing production.”

The insider added, “It will focus on the reissue of her 1997 album The Velvet Rope as well as some brand new material. It’s a massive deal.”

Her last tour was the Black Diamond tour in 2020 which was canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

One of my favorite things about interviewing married couples and hearing their diverse “How We Met” stories is the way they affirm true love and integral beliefs. One principle that I wholeheartedly believe is that one must truly know and love oneself before effectively doing it for another human being, and Taja Simpson and Ryan Easter’s story affirms this.
