Love might be in the air for our favorite media mogul, P. Diddy, and model/lifestyle entrepreneur Joie Chavis. Rumors have been swirling around tinseltown since the two were spotted vacationing (or should we say, 'bae-cationing') together at the beginning of the month. Diddy, who is known for his May-December relationships, seems to be treating Chavis to the lavish life, based on their yacht adventure. More recently, the 51-year-old hosted a lavish get-together for Chavis' 33rd birthday.

And sis was gettin it! Stars like Usher, Diddy's sons King Combs and Justin Combs were in attendance to celebrate Chavis' entrance into Libra season.

Even with the receipts, word on the street is that one of Hollywood's newest couples on our radar may or may not be an "official" thing. However, Bow Wow (Chavis' ex) seemingly confirmed the rumor during an interview with the WGCI Morning Show.

According to the rapper and actor, who got wind of the budding relationship around the time we did, a 75-minute FaceTime conversation made things copacetic between him and Diddy. Which is important, especially because Bow Wow and Chavis share a daughter together, Shai Moss, and the two seemed to be "friends" in the industry:

"With me and her, we haven't really been in that space probably in like 13 years. [She's] a homegirl, my daughter's mom, so it's always gonna be respect. But don't think that I didn't put a call and talk to her about what the hell was going on, you know what I'm saying? Me and dude, we spoke about it, too. That's a conversation [between] me and him and I ain't gonna share that. It was a good hour-and-15-minute conversation on FaceTime."
"Like I said, amongst us, that's something we spoke about in private. We dealt with it. We moved on from it. And I heard his piece, I heard her piece. They heard mine, and we just gon' leave it at that."

Despite the PDA, Chavis and Diddy seem to be keeping their situation under wraps for the time being. But just in case you wanted to get a little more familiar with Mr. Diddy's and Ms. Chavis' past dealings at love:

Who Has Diddy Dated?

Diddy, who recently reinvented himself in the name of "Love," has been in quite a few high-profile relationships. Although he has never been married, his relationship history suggests he is a fan of 'long-time love.' The father-of-six has been in long-term relationships with the late Kim Porter (off and on between 1994 and 2007) and singer Cassie Ventura (from 2007 to 2018).

Over the years, Diddy has also been romantically linked to Jennifer Lopez, Lori Harvey, Sarah Chapman, and more recently, Miracle Watts.

Who Has Joie Chavis Dated?

From Trey Songz to Rob Kardashian, Joie Chavis has been rumored to have dated a plethora of celebs over the years. However, her most high-profile relationship was a confirmed one she had with rapper Bow Wow, who is also the father of her first child, a daughter named Shai.

More recently, the dancer was also in a relationship with the rapper Future with whom she shares a son, Hendrix Wilburn.

How We Met is a series where xoNecole talks love and relationships with real-life couples. We learn how they met, how like turned into love, and how they make their love work.

One of my favorite things about interviewing married couples and hearing their diverse “How We Met” stories is the way they affirm true love and integral beliefs. One principle that I wholeheartedly believe is that one must truly know and love oneself before effectively doing it for another human being, and Taja Simpson and Ryan Easter’s story affirms this.
