Most of our plight in life is determining an organization system that helps our day run smoothly. Luckily for us, the digital age makes it possible to increase productivity, manage self-care, and essentially take over the world with the tap of a button.

Trying to keep it all together? Here are some simple apps that can help make life easier for women on the go.

1. Cozi Family Organizer

Cozi is a free mobile app which allows you to easily manage everyone's schedule in one spot. This app is perfect for women looking for a better way to keep up with practices and other extracurricular activities. You can set reminders, create shopping lists, to-do lists, and even a recipe box within the app. I love that the app also allows members to send out weekly agendas forecasting anticipated activities throughout the week.

That doesn’t mean I don’t accept that it’s a “necessary evil” being that we all are made up of so much water and being dehydrated (which is something that a lot of us are) can cause so many health-related issues, including blurred vision, muscle cramps, dried skin, fatigue and even moodiness.
